Eight years after the online arbitration procedure of the Dispute Resolution System for .CL domain names came into operation, we present a report displaying the main indicators of the operation for the period covering 2014-2022.

This service, which has pioneered the world of domain name dispute administration, consists of an electronic platform designed to facilitate the processing and administration of arbitration dossiers in a secure digital environment. The foregoing allows all the conduct of disputes to generate a digital dossier, in which both the arbitrator and the parties are processed and act remotely.

The report contains information related to several indicators, such as dossiers created and dossiers started per year, dispute rate, duration of arbitrations, etc.

The preparation of this report has been possible thanks to the work of the administration of the Dispute Resolution System, together with the collaboration of researchers from NIC Chile Labs, which provides advanced knowledge on the information generated by the arbitration system, applying the most advanced techniques, recent analysis and visualization of large volumes of data.
